Planning a wedding is time consuming because of the endless research required in investigating the many options available. Looking at books, magazines and the Internet can end up by being confusing, and once one has found vendors who seem likely to fulfil the needs for your dream wedding, they may not be available on the required date, or their prices may not be within budget.

To ensure your engagement period is more enjoyable, a wedding coordinator can help you with all, a small part, or several specific aspects of planning a wedding. For example, a consultant can advise you on issues such as:

  • Wedding etiquette and wedding traditions from the engagement to the reception, with particular emphasis on the ceremony

Lighting, linen and wedding toasts

On a more in-depth basis our wedding planner services can include confirmation of the ceremony and reception venues, and deal with details such as photography, videographer, lighting, audio and electric restrictions. We will advise you as to when the planning may move into action such as placing of linen, decorations and stationery on the tables. Or maybe you need to know about a carpet, canopy and candles, which are not acceptable at some venues. Our wedding planner will even advise on the announcements and wedding toasts.

As part of our co-ordination services, our wedding coordinator will make all the bookings on your behalf, liaise fully with the ceremony and reception venue ensuring that all is in place, as well as with the wedding photographer, videographer, florist, car hire company.


Need a wedding day director?

If you wish to have a wedding day director present at the ceremony and/or reception then we are able to provide that service too! You can be ensured that if you choose our full and comprehensive coordination service, which takes care of every detail in the planning of your wedding, you will be free to enjoy the months leading up to your marriage as well as the wedding day itself.

A consultant will be present at the reception venue to ensure that it is being set-up correctly, and will remain on site until the formalities are complete. In consultation with our clients' we also provide a full wedding day programme and consultation with the MC so that he/she is aware of how the reception formalities are to proceed.

Should you decide, however, to do the wedding organization yourself and only need us to provide you with the services of your choice, we will gladly assist you.
